This Policy defines the approach that TROY WAR team will take when fair play violations are observed in the platform. Fair Play Violations will mean any form of fraudulent or illegal activity adopted by the users for playing on our platform including but not limited to collusion, cheating, manipulation, etc.

Fair Play Violations

TROY WAR reserves the right to cancel/suspend the User’s accounts and take appropriate action against anyone violating the Fair Play Policy. Any of the below violation point mentioned herein are in addition the Terms of Use on the TROY WAR and any other policy on the Platform. The following points will lead to violate this Policy:

1. Any form of Cheating

2. Use of unauthorized components, create or use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or any other third party software designed to modify, intercept, decrypt, or mine the Platform in any manner

3. Use of Bots or Software Programs or any Third Party Tools or applications, which provides the User with an unfair advantage over their opponents are strictly prohibited. If a tool is detected on our system, we may thoroughly checking ban such Users.

4. Accessing the account of other Users without their permission

5. Dissemination of spam, unlawful content, or any unauthorised communication to other players

6. Engaged in fraud, illegal and illicit activities that affects game and the game results

7. Any user having multiple IDs

8. Any User found on chat feature, email or voice call with any fellow player or with TROY WAR members which is obnoxious, vulgar, foul, racist, abusive or religious remarked

Fair Play Policy

In the event any User breaches, or TROY WAR has reason to believe that such User has breached these Terms and Conditions, in that eventuality TROY WAR may at its sole and absolute discretion, without any notice to the User, restrict, suspend or terminate such User's access and take other appropriate measures.
